Refund Policy
Due to Paydadli being a third party service, refunds are given on a case by case basis. To determine if you are eligible for a refund, contact Paydadli support via email at support@paydadli.com and include details such as the merchant, order number and the reason for the requested refund.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order please contact the merchant immediately. Refunds for cancelled orders will be handled on a case by case basis.
After contacting the merchant, please contact Paydadli support via email at support@paydadli.com to make a request for a refund. Our support team will coordinate with the merchant.
